Rwanda is organized a mining visit to the DRC for illegal exploitation. In the invitation of the Rwanda Mine Board, Juliette Montilly heads to the Cache Letter Light Mine, outside the Rwandes capital Ki Galli. Rwanda’s goal is to promote mineral production by facing repeated criticism that illegally utilizes the natural resources of the neighboring Congo Democratic Republic.
