Syrian governments and allies were responsible for murdering 830 civilians of all -minority private people, according to the Syrian Observatory of the Human Rights War monitor on Sunday. The Syrian presidency said that the “Independence Committee” was formed to investigate the violence against Alawite minorities by Syria’s leader, Bashar Al-Assad.
