Sergio Garcia finished with a double winning and individual title LIV Golf Hong Kong and led his Fireballs team to the team championship.
Spaniard fired the last round 63 in Hong Kong Golf Club to finish 18 Under couple and win with three goals over Dean Burmester Singer GC, who finished second with 15 years after 62.
Phil Mickelson of Hyflyers finished third with 14-and-up after the last round 64, as the six-time main champion continues his search for the title of first Liv Golf.
Garcia said that he hoped his performance had stuck to European captain Ryder Cup Luke Donald’s eyes as he advocated a place on the team, and will defend the title in September on Bethpage.
“I hope he (Donald) will think I’m good enough for that,” said Garcia, who was part of 10 teams of Ryder Cup. “I just want to help the European team.”
Garcia’s Fireballs GC is a leading team of team on the top 37-U 37 under one shooting a runner-up Stiinger GC.
