Manila, Philippines – Two Russian tourists died when they kicked them out strong undertakings, while they were diving south of Manila, with which they were believed to have walked away, and others attacked the shark, the Filipino Coast Guard, said Friday.
Two more Russian tourists were able to turn back to their diving boat on Thursday Van Island Verde, a popular diving destination in the Province of Batangas, the province for the commander of Allanda Lapitan.
Four Russian tourists traveled by boat to water from the island of Verde from the nearby town of Puerto Galera in Oriental Mindoro Province with a Filipino diving instructor. As he dived, five dumped strong underground people, Lapitan said.
The two Russians managed to send the diving instructor, but two more Russians, who were identified as Ilia Peregudin, 29, and Maxim Melekhov, 39, they disappeared. Melekhov was found unconscious on the sea for an hour later and they declared dead doctors at Batangas Hospital, he said.
“The second Russian diver was found as they attacked the sharks. His right hand, unfortunately, was interrupted, and the sharks moved around it,” Lapitan told the associate. “Somehow they managed to get him out.”
Investigation is underway, and the coast of the coast will be completed by provincial officials to discuss ways to prevent such deadly incidents on the island of Verde and other hymps, Lapitan said.
