Harry Kane Potjer the first Bundesliga title with Bayern Munich, but under the supervision: Jurgen Klinsmann defends its record

Harry Kane’s waiting for the trophy could soon end as Bayern Munich sits six points at the top of the Bundesliga table on the eve of their game with Borussia Dortmund in Der Klassker on Saturday. But it comes at a time when it is under surveillance.

The Captain of England missed three good chances to score in Bayern in the quarterfinal defeat of 2-1 at Inter in the home part of the Champions League quarterfinals on Tuesday night. These are the nights when it is expected to make a difference for its team.

Kane weighed this season with another 23 goal of the Bundesliga, who once again had to ask for the best scorer award. And he has 10 in the Champions League, in both legs against Bayer Leverkusen in the 16th round, but there is still a demand for more.

After all, Kane not only recruited to submit the Bundesliga title that Bayern won 11 times in a row before his arrival. The goal was to rise them again to European honors. But former Tottenham striker and Bayern Jurgen Klinsmann has some sympathy.

“He has a similar situation as I had at the club level,” Klinsmann says. The German striker already raised the World Cup for his country in 1990, but turned 30 when he joined Bayern. “Until I left the Spurs and went to Bayern, I have not won the club title yet.”

He adds, “I always said that if Harry left Spurs at some point, he would get that opportunity to win titles with his club team. And obviously, going to Bayern Munich, the likelihood is very high. They are usually a favorite for the domestic title.

“I’m really thrilled because he deserved it so much. In my opinion, he was very close to the euros, obviously, with the finals, and that has not yet been able to do with the national team. Maybe next year in the United States for the World Cup.

“But at the club level, I am delighted that he is most likely to have six points ahead of us now. We will see after the weekend. But now he has such a great opportunity to win the first trophy in Germany. And then to see us what is happening with Inter Milan now.”

How many henna is for Bayern?

“He is extremely important for Bayern side. And he did a fantastic job from day one. When he came, he obviously (Robert) Lewandowski went to Barcelona.” Bayern spent the season without a natural striker and remained a void to fulfill.

“Bayern Munich has a huge tradition of numerous ninth. The largest number nine ever played for Bayern Munich is obviously Gerd Müller. And he is no longer with us. But there is always a very special eye on the number of camels in Bayern Munich.

“To fulfill that place, it is also an honor, you know. It is really something very, very special. I could live it for two years at a certain time (between 1995 and 1997). And so he knows that everyone follows it, to get the support of everyone.”

On the field, the Bayern team is intended for supply to players such as Leroy Sane and Jamal Musiala who provide the movement around them. It’s a goal scored recipe – 44 of them last season for Bayern and 34 more in all competitions.

“He seems to click well with the players around him. The game in a system that is powered by attacking midfielders. He does not play a double number nine, for example, two attackers like Inter Milan, with Lautar (Martinez) and Marcus Thuram.

“But he was used to that style of the Game of Spurs for so many years, so he just changed the environment. When he left London to Munich, he would play the same kind of football. And that’s it. I mean, I just love watching him.”

Acceptance of Bavarian culture

No one can question Kane’s dedication to Bayern. The last time he went abroad at the first center of England, Michael Owen returned from Real Madrid next year. Kane’s stay in Munich will spread to the third season, and maybe still.

“What he did extremely well, you know, is that he adapted to Germany, Bavaria,” Klinsmann says, referring to a very specific culture there. “He became part of their lifestyle, part of the city. His family has just entered that way of life.

“It’s a very international place, Munich, so it’s not so problematic. But still, you have to get into another country and keep the highest level work rate. In the meantime, you have to understand that your family is also comfortable and having a good time.

“And he understood all that. And people, I mean, not all fans, but just regular people in Munich, love him because he is only alone. He is humble. He is lowered to the ground. And he is focused on what is most important, and he scores for him.”

Ballon D’O or Kane stand?

Klinsmann was second in Ballon D’Or in 1995, when he left Tottenham to Bayern. “I was a little unhappy because they first opened it to the players outside Europe and a certain George Weah with AC Milan came.”

Asked if Kane is a candidate for Ballon d’Or, Klinsmann says: “Absolutely, you should be in that first three Ballon d’Or. Obviously, if you enter at least Final Four, you probably have to win the Champions League. I mean, it somehow comes.

“You have to be top -notch in Europe that year. I had a fantastic domestic season in the Premier League, but I didn’t have a pedigree to say that I won the Champions League. And that year it was also not a UEFA Cup I won a year later with Bayern Munich. My bad weather.

“But Harry should be in the first three, at least the first five.”

Kane’s trophy waiting is almost over

It will depend a lot on whether Kane can do something special in Milan in another leg, but before that there is an opportunity to take a big step towards the title of Bundesliga against Dortmund. You win that and the monkey will finally be from the back very quickly.

“He deserves it because he is only an extraordinary player. He has proven it until the last 10 to 12 years. His numbers are crazy, absolutely crazy. And he will do it for a few more years, because he is still in top shape. He is ready. He is hungry. And I think the day becomes closer and closer to have a trio in his hands.
