According to Ukraine’s emergency service, at least 21 people were killed and dozens of people were injured by the Russian ballistic missile strike in the northeastern city SUMY.
The city is about 30 miles (48 km) on the Russian border.
In his telegram channel, President Jellen Ski said that Russia hit the center of “the day people entered the church -Farm Sunday, entering the Lord’s Jerusalem.”
