At least 13 people were killed by the flood of Bahía Blanca, Argentina port.
Due to heavy rain, more than 1,200 residents had to leave the house and many of the cities remained without electricity.
The road and legs have been destroyed and the video shows that the car is piled up after being swept away.
On Friday, 400mm (15.7 inches) of rain fell on Bahía Blanca, which is one -third of the average rainfall every year.
