French lawmakers have overwhelmed the bill to make it easy to open the bar in the village.
In a 156-2 vote on Monday, MP decided to solve the strict restrictions on new bar permits to sell alcohol. The bill still requires the Senate’s approval to become a law.
Supporters say that change is needed to improve social ties and reduce isolation, but critics warn about health risks through alcoholism.
France has fallen sharply to about 36,000 by 2015 in about 200,000 bars that offer alcohol in 1960 and cafes. Most of the closures were in rural areas.
In France, you should open an alcoholic drink by law.
At present, a new permit cannot be given, and the plan to open the bar must wait until the existing drinking point is licensed.
The new legislation will allow prospective lawyers in less than 3,500 people to request new permissions without such atmosphere.
The local market will make a final statement on whether or not to approve such a request.
The AFP News Agency said that the National Assembly member Guillaume Kasbarian should replace the “old and useless legal framework.”
Another FABIEN DI FILIPPO, another French MP, describes it as “a place where people can gather in a society where people tend to be close to rural areas and people.”
The French Ministry of Health says that about 49,000 deaths in the United States every year are caused by alcohol consumption, which describes them as “major public health problems.”
