Employers are struggling to find the best way to determine the talent you need to achieve their business to success in a fast -changing world. Accenture CEO Julie Sweet, however, have a simple question to determine whether her interviewees are ready to work.
In an interview on In a good company podcast with Nikolai TangenNorges Bank Investment Management, the CEO of Norges Bank, asked what she was looking for new consultants in a $ 64 billion technology giant.
