Rapper AP Rocky is not guilty of shooting on a former friend.
A jury in Los Angeles was acquitted, and his legal name is Rakim Mairez, on charges of assaulting a felony that carried up to 24 years in prison.
Terril Everon claimed that the hip -hop star, who was nominated by Grammy, opened fire on him during a controversy on Hollywood Street on November 6, 2021, and grazed his joints with a shot.
Mr. Myers, a fashion pole and a long junction partner for the Rihanna star, denied the charges, on the pretext that the weapon was a weapon for the pillar and that his former friend, who calls himself $ AP Relli, was not until after money.
As the first ruling not based on reading on Tuesday, the court rang screaming and applause. Mr. Myers rushed to his family and partner Rihanna, who was sitting behind him. Dived a wooden barrier to embrace them.
He embraced his lawyer and appeared that he had tears in his eyes, as the ruling of the second building was read.
“Praise be to God for saving my life,” said Mr. Mayers loudly. He thanked the members of the 12 -person jury.
The rapper was arrested on charges of assaulting a felony after a hot argument with his ex -boyfriend in the heart of Hollywood.
Mr. Myers and Mr. Efron have known each other since high school in New York and they have been part of the Hip Hop Hip Hop Hope group.
Their friendship cools when $ AP Rocky was launched.
The authorities said that Mr. Efron met Mr. Mayers on November 6, 2021, a day after the couple opposed.
They met outside a hotel from a mass of iconic pavement stars in Hollywood Wooke of MM.
This followed a quarrel.
It was claimed that Mr. Mays had removed a gun from his belt and pointed to Mr. Efron, and said to him: “I will kill you now.”
“He looked at me in my eyes and faced the gun at my face,” Mr. Efron witnessed.
Mr. Efron said he told the rapper to fire, but Mr. Mays started walking away.
While he left, Mr. Afron followed him, screaming at him.
Prosecutors claimed that at this point, Mr. Mays once again pulled the gun and fired multiple shots, with one bullet that was said to be sponsoring the joints of Mr. Efron.
A lot of trial depends on whether the firearm concerned is a non -harmful pillar pistol, as the defense, Mr. Mayers, or a real weapon capable of causing harm, said, as Mr. Efron and the public prosecutors claimed.
The weapon was not recovered by the authorities.
The jury managed to watch some of the quarrels because the parts were captured on a observation video, including the shooting sound, but no evidence of any direct evidence appeared, that is, the shooting.
Mr. Evron took two days before the accident reached the authorities and brought a shell of the shell he said he was prepared from the scene.
But the police, who responded to the area of fire in the area, did not specify any shell covers.
Mr. Efron, who said he returned with his girlfriend, said he was exactly where he appears, but there are no monitoring footage confirming his account.
He was not accepted to the hospital in Los Angeles and instead he went to medical treatment after returning to New York.
Mr. Myers’ lawyers suggested that Mr. Efron had planted cortex to frame the rapper.
The trial was characterized by emotional and combat exchanges, especially when Mr. Efron – the trial star – took the position – the situation.
At some point, Mr. Efron called Mr. Takobina – a defense lawyer for Mr. Mayers – “annoying”, which led to the reprimand of the judge.
The other witness, another witness, asked $ AP Twelvyy, about a picture showing the Mayers bed with the letters “AWGE” on the furniture.
When asked about what he was standing, Mr. Maerz interrupted the procedures unexpectedly and shouted, “Don’t say!”
Twelve ultimately refused to clarify.
The explosions from the defendants during the trials are not common, especially before the jury.
However, for the criminal suspect in the trial to interfere in the witness and not answer the prosecutor’s question during interrogation, something that no one has heard in court.
