Authorities in Spain and Portugal on Tuesday moved to start transport networks and infrastructure after a large -scale electricity shutdown led by two countries.

The wide breakdown continued in Madrid, Barcelona and other cities after paralyzed transport and communication in most Spain and Portugal on Monday.
