Here are 10 games with the most points in the history of the NCAA tournament.

In one of the best games played in the history of the tournament, Mountaineers needed a double extension to get upset victory. They had five results of players in double numbers, led by 29 points from Mike Gansey, with D’Or Fischer released 15 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks.
