NAWNT FOOSTOTE: What follows for Trinity Rodman?

The biggest news from the weekend was in a relationship Trinity Rodman’s Decide to deviate from Washington Spirit to solve back problems. The star striker has been dealing with back cramps for years, and last September had to be removed from the field in a wheelchair during the Washington Spirit Match against Kansas City.

In March, Rodman told reporters that he didn’t think her back “ever be 100 percent”.

“It’s a kind of problem that it’s not one specific thing, it’s just a way my back is structured,” Rodman said. “And it’s more management than like a curable repair.”

She admitted that she didn’t think her back would “be what my new year was, which is unhappy.”

A few days later, Rodman joined NAWNT for the first time since he helped lead the team to a gold medal at the Olympic Games in Paris last summer. The 22-year-old scored a great goal in a 2-0 victory over Brazil, and celebrated a little fun on her back (which is why the medical staff flew into the panic modus).

Rodman did not see the terrain in the second match of Americans in the window, but played 45 minutes for a spirit in a 2-0 victory over Racing Louisville on April 12th.

According to Washington PostWhich first reported the news, Rodman meets a doctor in London and there is currently no schedule for her return. Nawnt will be convened for his next camp at the end of May.

Lyon Lyon Lyon wins the Champions League semi -finals

Nawnt captain Lindsey Heaps’ Lyon was defeated Emily Fox and Jenna NighSwonger’s Arsenal 2-1 in the first part of the semifinals of the Women’s Champions League on Saturday. Heaps joked ahead of the match that Fox gave “as much shit as I could and just her a little chop” during the last Nawnt camp.

Heaps, who has been loud throughout her career because of her passion for playing club football in Europe, and especially in the Champions League, was delighted to see more of her American teammates abroad. Fox signed with Arsenal last year, Nighswonger joined the club earlier this year, and Naomi Girma made titles after a historic transmission from San Diego Vala on Chelsea in January. Catarina Macario And Mia Fishel also plays for the blues.

“I think it’s really special for me as a captain,” Heaps told reporters ahead of Saturday’s game. “I want all my players to do well. So not this weekend, hopefully.”

Lyon and Arsenal will meet again on Sunday, April 27.

Girma’s debut league debut

Defendant Naomi Girma’s defender finally returned from an injury.
