President Donald Trump put the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) on Sunday after signing an executive order aimed at “improving the agency’s effectiveness, priorities and efficiency” significantly. “

Trump’s executive order is established by the FEMA Review Council, which will consist of more than 20 members and participate in the presidency of the internal security and defense secretaries.

The council is formed after the FEMA response to Hurricane Helen and other recent disasters for the need to improve “effectiveness, priorities and efficiency, including assessing whether the FEMA bureaucracy is in response to disasters” that hinders its ability to respond successfully.

“Although nearly 30 billion dollars of disaster aid has been forced in the past three years, Fema has been able to leave the weak Americans without the resources or support they need when they need them more,” says the executive. “There are dangerous concerns about the political bias in FEMA. In fact, at least one respondent from Fema that Fema managers have ordered them to avoid the homes of individuals who support Donald J. Trump’s campaign.”

Trump also said that FEMA lost Mission Focus, transferring limited resources and employees to support tasks outside its scope and power. The president in particular highlighted that FEMA spent more than a billion dollars welcoming illegal immigrants.

“The Americans deserve an immediate, effective and fair response to disasters and the recovery of disasters,” continued. “Therefore, FEMA requires a wide -ranging review, by highly experienced individuals in the effective response to disasters and recovery, who recommend improving the president or structural changes to enhance the national interest and enable national flexibility.”

Trump announced on Friday that he is planning to reform the Fema, as North Carolina is still recovering from Helen after more than 120 days of destroying the state storm.

“I will also sign an executive order to start the FEMA reform and reform mainly, or perhaps get rid of Fema,” Trump told reporters in North Carolina on Friday morning. “I think, frankly, Fema is not good.”

Trump promised that his administration would enter and help North Carolina to repair damage quickly, pledging to “do a good job” of the state.

The president also said that he would like to see the states more responsible for disaster strikes, on the pretext of those familiar with the state better to provide a response to disasters and relief.

So far, the American Army Engineers Corps claim that only half of the wreckage of Hillan Hollen has been completed. In addition, thousands of families in North Carolina remain in hotels where FEMA is progressing through the transitional housing aid program.
