The seventeen-year-old boy charged with eight offenses after an incident on the Jetstar Airways plane.
The 17-year-old boy was overwhelmed and detained with the crew and passengers after the incident at Avalon Airport, about 60km (37 miles) from Melbourne, Victoria Police said on Thursday.
None of about 160 passengers and crews on the Jetstar Airways plane was injured.
Police accused a teenager with eight violations, including endangering the safe work of aircraft and possession of firearms.

“But I knew that if I went to the side and pushed the gun from him, at least if he went out, he would go to the side of the plane and there was no one there.”
