CEO of Starbucks Brian Nical On Monday, he announced that the company postponed 1100 corporate employees when it works to simplify the operations.
“We simplify our structure, remove layers and duplication and create smaller, more agile teams,” Nikol said in a letter to employees. “Our intention is to work more efficiently, increase accountability, reduce the complexity and increase integration. All in order to be more focused and capable of leading to a greater impact on our priorities.”
NICCOL warned employees about dismissal in January, saying it was part of its “back to Starbucks” strategy, a number of changes aimed at enhancing customer experience in the store while improving efficiency.
In a separate message on Monday, the coffee giant also stated that he removes “Choosing less popular beverages” from our menu, including several mixed Frappuccino drinks, Royal English Latte and white hot chocolate.
The company said recently deleted items may not be purchased, may be difficult to make or similar to other drinks on their menu.
