Rory Mcilroy will appear for the first time after winning Masters when he defends his New Orleans title in Zurich next week.
McIlroy, 35, became only a sixth player who finished Grand Slam in his career when he dropped his teammate Ryder Cup Justin Rose in the first hole for Play-off at Augusta National.
He missed this week’s heritage of RBC on a tour of PGA while returning to Northern Ireland to celebrate the fifth major career championship.
However, Shane Lowry confirmed that once again he would partner McIlroy for a team event in Louisiani who won the play-off against Chad Ramey and Martin Trainer last year.
“We’ll be there. I talked to him (Wednesday) morning. We’re fine,” Lowry told Golfweek.
“To be honest, I didn’t want to feel like he had to play for me.
“Don’t let me down if he wanted to take a while. He feels like he wants to go back there.”
The world number 2 is due to play at the Truisk Championship in Philadelphia next month, before moving to the PGA Championship next week at the Quail Club, where he won four occasions.
