The Association of Professional Tennisians has accused ATP of trying to force players and asks that the court order prohibits such behavior.
PTPA, a player organizing Novak Djokovic, has launched a legal claim against tennis management bodies, including ATP and WTA, earlier this week, as it will seem to force radical changes in the way of starting sports.
In response, ATP accused PTPA of choosing “division and distraction through disinformation for progress”, and the word of the word increased on Saturday.
In the post on the website of the Social Media X, the PTPA CEO Ahmad Nassar said the players told the organization that ATP “illegally threatened to retaliate and attempted players forcing players.”
“He has to stop,” Nassar said. “Last night, we filed a short proposal by asking the US judge to ban all illegal contact with players by ATP or any defendant or co-founder.
“We have witnessed the doubling of illegal, forced behavior in the school yard. Fortunately, these legal things will not be rated in the school yard. Or on X.
“This is exactly the kind of behavior that forced us to bear these global legal challenges. Tennis is a big international job and it must start acting as one. This is what the law requires and what players and fans deserve.”
In response, ATP spokesman told the news agency for Pa: “We are aware of the request for an additional court order requested by PTPA and rejecting its claims.
“In the center of ATP is our dedication to the players. As it is now a legal matter, we have no further comment.”
The complaints of PTPA are the control of competition between the tournament, which he says is reduced by the prize money, the draconian system ranking, the unsustainable schedule and financial exploitation of players.
She also accused the management bodies of disrespecting the well -being of players by forcing athletes of competing late at night and in extreme thermal and marked anti -doping practices invasion of privacy.
