An overloaded rapper recently filed a lawsuit against Lyft, claiming that her driver refused to provide her service because she was very large.

Dagua Blanding, also known as Dank Demoss, claimed that she was trying to reach the Watch Detroit Lions party when her Lyft driver refused to provide her service, saying that she would not fit his lady.

A LYFT spokesman said they could not comment on specific incidents that include suspended litigation, but everyone who drives his car with Lyft is working as independent contractors.
