Oliver Miller, a wireless center that helped Arkansas progress to the last four before playing nine seasons in the NBA, died. He was 54 years old.
Several former Miller teams have announced his death on Wednesday, as well as the National Association of Players in Retired. The cause of death was not published, but Arkansas announced a tribute to his 1990 Final Four team during the event that Miller had cancer, and Miller thanked the team for his honor video while posting him on social networks last month.

Raptors held a moment of silence before their home game on Wednesday night against Miller Philadelphia 76ers. Toronto chose Miller as the last selection of a 1995 extension draft.
“It retains a special place in our history as a member of our inaugural team in 1995, and we are so grateful for all its contributions,” Raptors said on social media. “We send the deepest condolences to the Miller family.”
