Nika Mühl appeared at the WNBA draft orange carpet to show her support from the former teammate of the University of Connecticut Paige Buueckers.
Buueckers, which is considered to be consensus no. 1 in the draft, he played together with Mühl for Huskin between 2020 and 2024, where she helped the Croatian Guard to set a record record for assistance.
Speaking about her appearance on the orange carpet, Mühl revealed her close relationship with Paige Bueckers, whom she described in an interview as her sister. She also expressed her satisfaction with the return of Buueckers’s gesture from last year when she appeared watching Mühl drawing in Seattle Storm 14 in total.
“I feel like a moment in a full circle. Even if she wasn’t here last year, I would still support her.” Nika Mühl said about Bueckers: “It’s my sister and it’s so cool to see her dreams come true.”
