A member of the MS-13 gang was arrested by the federal immigration authorities in the state of Massachusetts last week that the state weapon was charged and previously ordered the deportation before being released by the Boston Court.
Luis Adolvo, 19 -year -old, a Guatemali citizen, was arrested by immigration and customs enforcement agents (ICE) on January 22.

“Luis Adolfo Ja’a Ja`a Perez, a member of the gang, illegally present, showed a complete ignorance of American laws,” said Patricia Hyde, the Acting Field Manager. “He is a member of a violent street gang accused of having a firearm and drugs illegally. We will not tolerate these perpetrators to threaten the residents of New England neighborhoods.”
Ace said that they were initially arrested on March 21, 2021, after entering the United States illegally across the southern border. It was issued by the American Border Patrol, a notice of appearance before the immigration judge.
On May 8, 2021, the federal authorities launched Guerra. The immigration judge ordered his deportation in October 2024.

However, on January 3, the East Boston Provincial Court taught it on several charges, including possession of a large firearm/weapon, possession of a substance subject to category (D), and possessing a firearm without permit and possession of ammunition.
