Foreign Minister Juan Ramon de la Fuente said Mexico preferred to receive immigrants directly.
The Mexican government sent a diplomatic note to the American embassy in Mexico to explain its position.
This comes after the White House press secretary Caroline Levitte on Tuesday told the Trump administration that the Trump administration had begun to fly illegal immigrants from the United States to Guantenamo Bay, although it had not specified people’s nationalities in those flights.

“I can also confirm that the first flights from the United States to Guantenamo Bay with illegal immigrants today,” Levit said.
“Thus, President Trump, Higseth, and Chrisy Nayywan’s house in this promise to use this ability in Gitmo to illegal criminals who broke the migration laws of our nation and then committed arduous crimes against legal American citizens here at home,” continued.
US President Donald Trump promised to expand the detention camp to carry up to 30,000 “illegal foreigners.” The American military base has been criticized all over the world for its inhumane abuse and torture of detainees, including in interrogation tactics.

One flying from Fort Bliss to Guantenamo Bay has approximately dozens of migrants on board, according to the Pentagon. An additional United States left Monday.
Immigrants will be held in the detention camp that was created for the detainees in the wake of 11/19. Immigrants will be separated from the 15 detainees who were already present, including planners in the 2001 terrorist attack.
