United offers to give up the customer transfer fee who has suffered an EWR interruption

United Airlines offers to give up certain payments for customers who have experienced great delays and cancellation at Newark Liberty.

The airline announced on Tuesday that clients affected by interruptions can be transferred without additional payments.

“You can move your trip, and we will refuse the change and differences,” the UNITED website notes.

“But your new flight should be a united flight, which went from April 30, 2025 to May 12, 2025. Tickets should be in the same cabin and between the same cities as originally booked.”
