Salem Ghaith, spokesman Isa, said during the news that strictly legal action would be taken against non-governmental organizations in addition to closing their offices. He said they illegally provided assistance in the range of cash, clothes, food, accommodation and medical assistance, which helped exposure to migrants initially on their way to Europe.

“As a result, there is no longer a need to risk crossing the sea sea and crossing Europe, turning Libya into the destination country, not transit,” Ghaith said.
