President Donald Trump said during a press conference on Tuesday evening after his meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, that the United States “will take control of the Gaza Strip, decline and rebuild the region.
“The United States will take over the Gaza Strip, and we will work with it as well,” Trump said on Tuesday evening at a joint press conference with Netanyahu. “We will have it, and we are responsible for dismantling all the dangerous bombs and other weapons on the site.”
“The level of the site, the disposal of destroyed buildings, its procrastination, and the creation of economic development that will provide unlimited numbers of jobs and housing for the region’s members. Do real work. Do something different. Only you can’t go back.
Netanyahu is the first world leader to meet with Trump at the White House under his second administration.
When asked about the seizure of the Gaza Strip, Trump said he could see the United States in a “long -term ownership” of the plot of land, which is likely to bring stability to the Middle East.

“I see it brings great stability to this part of the Middle East, and perhaps the entire Middle East. And everyone I spoke to – this was not a light decision – everyone I spoke to love the idea of UNITED and Trump said that the countries that have this land.
The couple discussed the current ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas and its future, Iran’s grip in the Middle East and the resettlement of Gaza population in other countries.
“In our meetings today, the Prime Minister and I focused on the future, and we discuss how we can work together to ensure the elimination of enthusiasm and eventually restore peace to a very troubled area. It was upset, but what happened in the past four years said Trump during the press conference: It is good.
Trump said the Gaza Strip has become “a symbol of death and destruction for several decades and very bad for the people who are approaching.”
He added: “The process of rebuilding and occupation should not be passed by the same people who have already stood there and fought for it and lived there and died there and lived a miserable presence there.”
Netanyahu praised Trump’s perseverance and his ability to “think outside the box” during his comments on the press.
“Your willingness to puncture traditional thinking, thinking that has failed again and again, and your willingness to think outside the box with new ideas, will help us achieve all these goals,” he said. “I saw that you are doing it several times. You are cut off to the chase. You see things that others reject it.
The Israeli leader continued that the victory of his nation would also be a victory for America.
“The victory of Israel will be the victory of America,” said Netanyahu. “We will not only win the war to work together, we will win peace. With your leadership, Mr. President, and our partnership, I think we will witness a wonderful future for our region and bring our great alliance to greater horizons.”
