The Palestinian Leader Mahmoud Abbas says keeping prisoners providing Israel with justification for their attacks on Gaza.
Tall Hamas Basem Naim said on Thursday that Abbas remarks had made the day before “insult”.
“Abbas repeatedly and suspiciously blames the crimes of the occupation and his permanent aggression in our people,” he said.
Abbas called on Hamas on Wednesday to release all captured, saying that he was holding them to Israel with “excuses” to attack Gaza.
“Hamas uttered crimination to commit his crimes in Gaza Strip, which is most prominently as hostage,” Abbas said at the meeting in Ramallah, a parolse seat in the west coast of the population in Israel.
“I’m the one who pays the price, our people pay the price, not Israel. My brother, just surrender them.”
“Every day is death,” Abbas said. “You sons of dogs, hand over what you have and pull us out of this” temptation, he added, straightening the sharp Arab epithet in Hamas.
Long brandy
There were deep political and ideological divisions between Abbas Fatah Party and Hamas for almost 20 years.
Abbas and so they often accused Hamas undermining Palestinian unity, while Hamas criticized former cooperation with Israel and cracked on the West Bank.
The Palestinian Mujahideen Movement, which divided from Abbas Fatah in 2000s, issued a statement of Telegram on Wednesday condemning Abbas remarks.
“We strongly condemn the offensive statements of Abbas during the Central Council meeting and our fighters of resistance to our people, neglecting the victims and the fight against the prisoners,” read the statement.
“We are sentencing to the duration of the leadership, and for this discourse, which has criminalized the interest in their current crimes against our people, especially the genocidal war against Gaza, Annexes and Jerusalem, and serious suffering that have endured.”
The movement also called on Abbas to issue an apology for his remarks.
“We invite the President of the Palestinian authority to apologize for this offensive speech and reversing all steps that increase the division and coordinate with the zionist will. We call him back in the embrace of people and their choice and to stop dealing with the absurd surrender and compromise.”
Since the Israeli campaign in Gaza continued on March 18, at least 1,928 people were killed in Gaza, which brought the overall mortal bursts of when the war broke out at least 51.305, according to the Health Ministry.
Talks on the new trio have so far been fruitless, and Kamas delegation is in Cairo for renovated negotiations with Egyptian and Catherine intermediaries.
