Jiminiz was accused of first -class death, and issued a judicial memorandum issued for his arrest on May 15, 2012. A federal memorandum was issued two days later after Jiminiz was accused of federal terms of an illegal trip to avoid prosecution.
FBI Chicago, FBI San Antonio, FBI Legat Mexico City, and the American District Court in the Northern Province in Illinois collaborated with the investigation to locate Jimenez. The agents arrested him in the two years, in contact with the International Criminal Police Organization.
