There are two types of Palestinian comedian Mo Amer, reflecting Netflix hit based on their lives.
Pride and hurt.
BBC Newsbeat said, “It’s very difficult to talk without falling at some point.”
He is a star of a semi -automatic show called MO, who plays the role of Mo Najjar.
The character is to learn how to adapt to his new world by trying to get US citizenship by exploring the complicated immigration process with Palestinian refugees.
It was “very taxed” because of the “emotional amount” that made a show that was so closely tied to his life.
“I am very proud of it. I still have my soul into it and still hurts it,” MO said.

There was another challenge to explore when this second season began.
The last episode of MO depicting his family visits in West Bank begins on October 6, 2023.
Armed Palestinian Group Hamas began an unprecedented border attack on Israel, killing about 1,200 people and giving birth to more than 250 hostages.
According to the HAMAS-RUN Ministry of Health, this triggered Israel’s military offensive in Gaza, where more than 48,000 Palestinians died.
MO said it was “very intentional” to avoid it in the story on October 7.
The show ultimately “comedy based on comedy” and the episode has fallen away from the storyline and character after the attack.
MO said, “You were not actually tracking them.
‘I do not lose hope’
MO wanted to keep in mind “bigger context,” and focused on October 7, and the aftermath said, “I rarely started this.”
“It could not be far from the truth,” he said. Long history.
He has a real consideration because he has been over a year between shooting and releases, he said.
“It was similar to the terrible territory of writing about something, and all of this would happen.
“And it can be meaningless to write and compose in the series.”

The show was extensively PositiveThe finale is emotional to fans.
It traces his family with his family’s trip to Israel’s occupation Westbank and the experience of life there.
From his point of view, it shows the complex routine things that everyday Palestinians can face, such as being carefully investigated by an Israeli soldier.
The mock character also shed tears.
West Bank -The land between Israel and Jordan has about 3 million Palestinians and 500,000 Jewish settlers.
With East Jerusalem and Gaza, it is part of what is widely known as the occupied Palestinian territory.
Israel occupied the Middle East War in 1967 and established a settlement village that was considered illegal under international law. Israel challenges this.
Palestinians want to claim the region of the future independent countries and remove all settlements.
“I saw so many calls from many people from people after seeing the last episode, and I knew how much it would mean to see,” Mo says.
He added that he contacted him not only the Palestinians.
MO originally said that the last episode of the 60 -minute length was, “It’s almost the same as we filmed the movie.”
He wanted to cover the “main stroke”, which includes how difficult it is to go in and live as a Palestinian.
“Immediately, you are not on vacation,” he says. “You are actually on the edge.”

MO thinks that Palestinians are generally limited in TVs and movies, which means more pressure on his shoulders.
“There are many things [pressure] From the fans, all the Palestinians and the non -Palestinians have more external voices about talking and speaking, he said.
“You really have to focus on wearing blinds and telling the story I know and that I have experienced it myself.”
Mo is considered a spokesman for the Palestinians and said he cannot admit to feel “like public property at this point.”
“I think everyone should manage his expectations, but I can’t avoid it,” he said.
“People who agree or agree with me … it’s important to continue conversation and talk.”
Gaza’s ceasefire agreement gave the hope that there would be an end of the fight, but I felt weak in concern that the deal could collapse.
MO says that “always hopeful” can be better.
“I never lose hope.
“If you do that, it will be a sad place every time you don’t have hope,” he says.
