At least six people were taken to the hospital after shooting at the Taler hash’s Florida State University.
According to the BBC’s US partner, CBS News, a person was detained after a shooting in a university student union building on Thursday.
President Donald Trump said he briefed the incident when a meeting with the White House’s Italian Prime Minister Georgia Meloni began.

According to the Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare facility, one of the victims who took to the hospital is important and five are serious.
The university canceled all classes at least on Friday, and sports events were canceled during the weekend.
The police responded to an active shooter call at about noon, the university said.

AVA Arenado told CBS News Miami, “One of my classmates was warned on the phone and announced in the other classes,” he told CBS News Miami.
