Four people, including EMILE SOLEIL’s grandparents, were arrested for death in July 2023 in Alps, France.
The prosecution said in a statement that the other two were arrested for voluntary murders and concealment of the corpse.
ISabelle Colombani, a grandparent lawyer, told AFP that there was no mention of “just heard” that he had just heard about the development on Tuesday morning.
Last year, some of the bones and clothes of infants were discovered by hikers near EMILE’s grandparents in Alps, France, and the boy was missing last summer.
But at the time, the prosecution added that the relics no longer provided clues to the cause of Emil’s death and could be the result of “fall, murder or murder.”
Sudden twisting on Tuesdays seemed to be cold, and the headline was created in France, where the search for Emil is widely covered by the media. When the infants were gone, dozens of journalists flocked to HAUT-VERNET, often more than 25 residents of small Alpine Hamlets.
Emil’s last observation was on July 8, 2023, who saw two neighbors walking on their own at the only street of the village.
Soon after, the police were warned by grandmother. Hundreds of people joined the police, sniper dogs and armies the next day.
Initially, the French report focused on Emil’s grandfather, but his lawyers said that the investigators said, “I hope that we will not waste too much time as we harm other investigations.”
Emil’s remains were found for a few days after the police reconstructed the last minute before the boy disappeared after 17 people, including the Emil family, neighbors and witnesses.
The funeral of infants was held in February this year. Shortly afterwards, his grandparents said, “Silence made a space for the truth, and no longer said,” I can’t live without an answer. “
“We spent 19 months without certainty. We must understand.”
In the statement, Jean-Luc Blachon, the governor of AIX-EN-PROVENCE, said Tuesday’s arrest is the result of the investigation in recent months, and the police have been investigating “many branches in the region.”
The French media reported that on Tuesday, the grandparents in the Provence region were searched and the police seized one of the vehicles.
In France, people can be arrested for arrest while investigating whether the police were involved in crime. It does not mean that legal procedures will necessarily begin with them.
