The idea that Ukrainian cities are bombed almost every night by Russia, and the idea of holding an election here can seem fantastic.
However, KYIV, the capital of the capital and office, is once again discussed with the prospects of the country to participate in the poll.
Election rumors have disappeared for three years in Russia.
The alliance of the Russian invaders should first come first, and must come first whenever was dissolved by the government, opposition and the public.
The presidential election, scheduled for 2024, was suspended according to the martial law introduced in Ukraine, following Russia’s full invasion two years ago.
But Kremlin did not prevent President VolodyMyr Zelensky from being illegal and demanding new elections under the condition of interruption.
There was a fresh speculation that Zelensky will be thinking again as Zelensky is in progress, and some sources suggest that some sources in conversation with the BBC may think that elections can be held later this year.
Valerii Zaluzhnyi, the nearest presidential competitor, felt the need to deny rumors about his intentions, former commander of the Ukrainian army.
“My answer to this hasn’t changed,” he told the RBC-Ukraine news agency. “While the war continues, we all have to try to save the country without thinking about the election. I do not mention any rumors.”
Zaluzhnyi, an ambassador for Ukraine in London, felt that it was necessary to announce a statement.

The Ukrainian Central Election Commission (OLEH DIDENKO) decided to speak publicly about this speculation.
He said that the law should be changed before the election is made on the Ska Pra Sea News website in Ukrainian. According to the current rules, he said that parliamentary elections should hold 60 days after withdrawing martial law and 90 days of presidential elections.
But the war requires more time and requires legal change.
The Economist newspaper held a meeting last week to discuss the elections last week, and ordered the US to vote after the United States forced Russia to accept Russia’s ceasefire at the beginning of Easter.
This report was rejected by several government sources.
One source told the BBC News Ukraine. “There was no meeting and there was no such instruction.”
The government’s sources say that the main focus is to achieve peace, and there is little hope for the end of the end of Easter.
So why do people still think that the elections still disappear in the face of many public rejection?
First, some sources pointed out that the support for Zelensky’s polls has been received since being accused of the White House’s Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance.
According to a poll by KYIV International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) in March, the number of Ukrainians who trusted Zelen skiing scored a few points last month.
Diplomats said the president might think it was the best opportunity to win the second term without waiting until the political division came out after the war.

Second, by winning the second term, Zelensky called Russia’s bluff and strengthened his hands in long -term peace negotiations. President Vladimir Putin said last week that the United Nations occupied Ukraine and had to organize the Democratic presidential election. His assumption -perhaps wrong -Zelensky will be replaced.
Third, the martial law should be renewed by the parliamentary voting in early May. Zelensky can use this timetable to announce martial law.
Fourth, Americans are convinced that elections are coming. President Trump’s special envoy, Steve Witkoff, told Tucker Carlson Podcast on March 21: “They agreed. There will be elections in Ukraine.”
Zelensky says he has no choice but to elect voters by using these pressure in the United States, which repercuses on Russian stories.
Fifth, some Ukrainian sources believe that logistics disorders for elections can be overcome.
Millions of citizens are replaced by overseas, the forefront and occupying territory. The answer is to allow people to vote using a smartphone app called DIIA. This includes key documents of people, such as passports, ID cards and driver licenses.
Some DIIA allows people to vote quickly, inexpensive, and safely without traveling abroad or trenches. They pointed out that the Ukrainians were successfully used to vote at the Eurovision Song Contest. They also gave Zelen Ski a winter allowance to all Ukrainians in December, and many people registered with DIIA.

But many arguments for elections remain.
To use DIIA, you need a new bill that can have difficulty passing through Congress. DIIA can be vulnerable to cyber attacks and technical failures. The Western government may not think it cannot be trusted. Russia will not be sure.
Even if DIIA is used, it still takes time to identify people who can vote.
Lifting martial law during a temporary ceasefire can result in unexpected consequences, including the flight of hundreds of thousands of soldiers at the forefront, as Russia is preparing for a counterattack. Russia was able to attack voters’ queues at the polling place.
But all elections will be held quickly, but they will be able to replace the war time with a political course. Elections will allow Russia to attempt to form digital and other propaganda to form results.
The holding of the election may seem to accept Russia’s claim that VolodyMyr Zelensky’s leadership is illegal due to the suspension of election last year.
Perhaps the most powerful argument for the election is that Ukrainian itself does not want them. KIIS’s same March polls opposed about 78%of people held elections even after the complete settlement of the war.
