New Civil Liberty Alliance, Conservative Legal Group, filed a lawsuit against Trump administration for introduction Tariffs on Chinese imports.
The trial filed by the Federal Court in Florida claims that Trump lacks the legal powers to introduce broad tariffs presented on Wednesday, as well as duties authorized on February 1 in accordance with the Law on the International Economic State (IEEPA).

The senior lawyer of the NCLA trial, Andrew Morris, claimed that Trump, imposing heavy tariffs for Chinese imports, “abused” emergency powers “, usurped the right of Congress to control the tariffs and upset the separation of the Constitution.”
NCLA filed a lawsuit on behalf of Simplified, Florida retailers of home management.

NCLA stated that his lawsuit was “not pressed” with the Trump’s declaration about the emergency related to apioids, “but this causes the decision to introduce tariffs without legal powers.”
