Cesar Hernandez, who came to life for 80 years for life to kill the first degree before he arrested from detention in December, was arrested on Thursday in the northern city of Tijuana. He wanted to shoot the 33-year-old Abigail Esparza Reyes, the leader of the unit known as “Gringo Hunters”, who is devoted to the arrest of the suspects who are fugitives in Mexico. Esparza Reyes died during the shooting 9. April in Tijuana, while the unit tried to arrest Hernandez.

Officials in Mexico said Hernandez faced criminal proceedings and “his legal situation will be determined in accordance with the law”.
Hernandez, 34, was sentenced to the murder of the first degree and sentenced to 80 years to prison, accordingly California Department of Updates and Rehabilitation.
