Fighting the flight of massive American flags across the country, in particular outside the Camping World. The CEO of the company said he would not refuse.
“This flag is not descended. This is the third city over the past few years that has tried to sue the flag. Threatening prison, various other fines,” said Camping World Marcus Lenis CEO “Fox & Friends,‘Wednesday.
The RV national dealer with more than 200 places is facing several municipal trials across the country from the US flags that it flies in stores.
City leaders in Greenville, North Carolina, voted last week for starting legal actions against the flag in their local campsit dealers after a claim from SEVERVIL, Tennessee Earlier this week.
“We had these flags for … 20 years, so it is strange in the states such as the North Carolina and Tennessee I deal with that,” Lemonis said.

Greenville notes that the flag is almost the size of a basketball playground that covers 3,200 square feet. The pole he departs is about 130 feet in height, almost twice as much as the current reception.
Severville officials, Tennessee, claim that they are considering the height of the pole, not the size of the flag.
“Let’s be clear: the city of Severville will not, and will never be against patriotism,” they wrote.
“Excessively high structures can create visual distraction for motorists, create potential dangers for safety and affect the colorful views that are vital part of what sevierville is an appointment for residents and visitors.”

Greenville Brock Letchworth Communications Manager issued this statement regarding their legal action:
“The speech has never been to remove the American flag or the type of flag. It is about the introduction of the flag into compliance with the code.
But Lemonis says he is not dismissed from the place in this matter, and that the flags are his love letter in the US, which allowed him to thrive there after he had to leave Beirut, Lebanon.
“I was not born in this country. I emigrated from Beirut, Lebanon. I came here in Miami, Florida, and had the opportunity to live an American dream in this country. I put a lot of sweat and tears in the construction of this business for my people, for the country. Get in a country.

Lenis says he plans to put more flags, and when he reaches a million feet flag, he will feel ready to stop adding more.
“From my point of view, the flag is not a problem … It has a FAA design, and for me it feels an opportunity for the city to say that we want to control what is happening there.”
