Cameron Norrie Britain fought from the set to reach the third round in Indian Wells, but the top seed Alexander Zverev was thrown out.

Griekspoor, who finally turned his sixth match, said, “I am incredibly proud. It was such a mental battle to beat him. I beat him once, but then I lost the next six times, so it was such a mental thing. Happy to finally get him out of the way.”
Casper Rudd’s fourth seed joined Zverevo because he was knockout while lost 7-6 (7-4) 3-6 6-2 from American Marcus Giron, and the crowd erupted after the home player triumphed.
“It was an amazing victory. It will be one I look at with incredible memories,” Giron was born in California. “Do it here in my favorite tournament is special.
“I came to the tournament when I was younger and it was an amazing atmosphere.”
