Top US officials pull out of Russia-Ukraine ceasefire talks in London

London’s dialogue aimed at securing an armistice between Ukraine and Russia has been downgraded and will no longer include Marco Rubio and special envoy Steve Weekkov.

The Wednesday Conference will instead will be held between the UK, France, Germany, Ukraine and the US, and David Lammy will hold a bilateral meeting with Ukraine.
