Abuse victims question if Pope Francis did enough to stop predators

As 133 cardinals meet in Rome and decide on the next pope, the question of the last Pope’s legacy will be greatly approached.

In the case of Catholic Church, no aspect of the Pope Francis record is more sensitive or controversial than dealing with sexual abuse of children by clergy.

He was widely recognized for his victims and reforming the church’s own internal procedures, but many survivors do not think he has been far away.

The abuse of Alexa MacPherson by the Catholic Priest began for six years, starting around 3 years old.
