Vancouver’s Philippine community is a shock and mourning after 11 people die on Saturdays.

This attack, which was held at the LAPU LAPU Festival, which celebrates the Philippine culture, has been injured dozens of injuries.

In an individual news briefing on Sunday, Vancouver Police Chief Steve Rai said in the city’s history, “the darkest day.”

He said that “dozens of” people were injured in an attack.

“The number of deaths can rise in the next few days or weeks,” he added.

Unnamed suspects were detained by police officers after being detained by bystanders in the field.

Rai did not specify potential motivation, but he said, “In this case, evidence can be said with confidence that this is not believed to be the action of terrorism.”

He added that the suspect has an important history of interaction with police and medical experts related to mental health.

Official criminal charges have not been raised yet.

PoilIvre, the leader of the Canadian Conservative Party, called the incident a “meaningless attack” and said that the leader of British Columbia New Democratic Party David Eby was “shocked and painful.”

The New Democratic Party’s Jagmeet Singh, a Canadian political leader, was one of the people who attended the Lapu Lapu Festival on Saturday and changed the planned event on Sunday.

He said, “It is a heartbreaking” that such joy can be torn so violently.

“I have gathered my family to see the children dancing, and I have proudly in the culture and community.”
