The US prosecution will be sentenced to death in Luigi Majina, accused of charges of the United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson shooting in December.
Attorney General PAM BONDI instructed a federal prosecutor in a Tuesday statement that he had requested the death penalty for the “planned cold blood assassination.”

Mangione’s lawyer called this decision as “brutal” and accused the government that “defending the broken, immoral and murderous medical industry”, and Mangione was tug -of -war between the Lord and the federal prosecutor.
Karen Friedman Agnifilo said, “The federal government insists that it prevents murder and moves to commit Luigi’s willingness and state sponsorship murder.
Mangione is a terrorist crime and faces 11 main detectives in New York, including 1 degree murder and murder.
If he is convicted of all the counts, he will face a mandatory sentence in prison without the possibility of parole.
However, the federal prosecutor also died of a separate prosecution of Mangione using a gun to commit murder and weekly stalking. This accusation deserves him to be sentenced to death.
The prosecution said the federal and state cases would be parallel.

Mangione is held at Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC).
The New York Prosecutors shared evidence of the case, including the positive unity of the fingerprints with the people found in the crime scene.
According to the New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Mangione arrived in New York City on November 24 and used a fake ID for 10 days to attack Thompson before staying in Manhattan Hostel.
The medical boss was shot behind by the perpetrator who wrote a mask on December 4, and the company he led entered the hotel where the investor meeting was held.
Five days later, the police led Mangione, who is hundreds of miles from McDonald’s from Altonia, Pennsylvania.
The police said that when they found Mangione, they owned a ghost case, a hand -written document written by a hand representing fake ID card, passport and “motivation and thinking”.
Thompson’s murder aroused the argument of the US medical system’s operation.
Some Americans, who pay more medical costs than people in other countries, expressed their anger at being considered unfair treatment for insurance companies.
Alejandro Mayorkas, Secretary of Land, Security and Security, said that the investigation into social media was “very amazing” after being murdered in December.
“This is what the bubble ring is actually in this country, and unfortunately we see violence,” he said to the state on CBS’s face.
