First on the fox: Idaho judge, who oversees the case against the suspected student murders, Brian Cuperger, announced that he would issue a text that was revised from a closed hearing last week, which was initially prevented by the public-the media-from the audience.

Stephen Hibler, the Ada County Judge, requested court officials to submit a literal copy of the text that is not stored from the sealed session on January 23 to both stress and defense so that they can recommend progress.

“The two parties will have fourteen (14) days to determine those parts of the text that must be revised from the general disclosure, which provides a basis for the soul,” he wrote in an order published on Tuesday. “After that, the court will issue a copy for the previously closed part of the session.”

During a two -day general procedure, the closed session was followed last week, they argued that the FBI was violating the protection of the fourth amendment of Wahbarger against the unreasonable searches and sources.

“I am facing the idea that the DNA was left at the crime scene, and that there is any expectation of privacy,” Hibler told Cohpers farewell, Ann Taylor.

Happler seemed not available to their arguments that IGG technologies violated Wahbarger’s constitutional rights and wondered whether the defendant was to stand to challenge the investigation tactic.

“Its DNA was not searched,” Hibler said. “At best, his predecessors were.”

Taylor also argued that the FBI violates his internal policy when checking IGG samples against the database. The judge asked the prosecutor about the reason for entering the evidence.

They replied that there is no privacy expectation regarding public records and crime scene guides, and the Deputy Prosecutor in Idaho Jeff Nye told the court that the temporary policy of the Federal Investigation Office Taylor “does not impose any legal restrictions on investigation activities or the legal prosecution.”

A large part of the IGG operation has been closed by the court, and the unrestricted text can give new details about how investigators assemble the case in the weeks that followed the murders and followed Cuperger to his parents ’house in the Bicono Mountains in Pennsylvania.
