Awards for loyalty to BILT have a program to resolve student loans, housing in college

Bilt, Loyalty Program designed to help members use their largest rewards costs and build the way to the homeownershipHe is now engaged in student debt.

On Wednesday, Bilda launched two new initiatives to help in the two most significant financial loads facing students: loans and housing in college.

Now BILT participants will be able to buy points they earned on student loans serving Nelnet, Mohela, Sallie Mae, Aidvantage and Navient, although additional services will become available in the coming months. Every 1000 points can be redeemed for $ 10 for student loans.

Thanks to the partnership with the leading student housing company American Campus Communities (ACC), Bilt members will also be able to earn awards for their housing payments, construction credit.

U Pointe Uniste Unix and The Union Properties will be the first to accept this program in May. However, Bilt plans to expand this initiative to a wider ACC portfolio in the coming months. Total it would be Serve nearly 140,000 students.

“Studies show that student debt is now the second largest form of consumer debt in America,” said Bilt founder and CEO Anka Jane.

By allowing members to use their scores to pay their credit payments, Jane said the company “resolves a critical financial need by continuing to differentiate our program as offering the most valuable and flexible currency in the field.”

Initiatives emphasize how the company wants to increase its value for the younger generation by expanding their ‘network of houses and looking for ways to help our members use the value their largest monthly costssaid Jane.

Since the company was created in 2019, Jain has quickly builds and expands the company awards platform. What started as a way to earn rental scores has turned into a wider ecosystem that allows users to receive rewards for daily costs, whether it will be purchased at a local pharmacy, pay rent or even buy a house, helping them build a loan.

Last fall, the company collaborated with Walgreens to help members use their unused flexible costs and health savings for purchases, as well as earning points on all Walgreens operations.

Today, Bilt members can earn rent points for more than 4.5 million houses across the country. The platform also offers rewards when members sign or continue rent.

In November, it launched a program that allowed people to even earn points when buying a house that the company advertised was first and foremost.
