Ben Youngs announced that he would withdraw from a professional rugby at the end of the season.
35-year-old Scrum-Pol performed his 332. Senior appearance for Leicester Tigers as a replacement in Easter Sunday’s victory over Bristol Bears.
Youngs, in England, the most skilled player of men with 127 caps, which was in four World Cup rugby (2011, 2015, 2019, 2023) and 2013 British & Irish Lions Tour of Australia, and is also a five -time winner of the Premiership and a triple runner.
“The time will come to thank everyone who helped me achieve what I have, but that’s when it comes to end,” Youngs said.
“For now, it’s about completing this chapter of my life with a few more successes. I haven’t finished yet.”
