Italian Prime Minister Giojia Meloni is under investigation by the prosecutors in Rome because of its government’s decision to return one of the Libyan war days that the International Criminal Court wanted to the country of North Africa.

In a video posted on social media on Tuesday, Meloni said that she, Justice Minister Carlo Nordeo, Interior Minister Matteo Baytidusi and other government officials to be investigated regarding the case.

The Libyan War Amina, Osama Elisri Njeim, was arrested in Turin this month by the Italian police, which operates on the issue of the International Criminal Court, but it was released and returned to Libya on an Italian government plane a few days later.

The International Criminal Court expressed its dissatisfaction with Italy’s failure to hand over NJEM, who wanted to be tried for crimes against humanity.

This is a developing story
