US authorities will seek the death penalty for Luigi Mangion in connection with the murder of Brian Thompson, CEO of UnitedHealthcare, the largest medical workers in the country.

Pom Bondy, US Prosecutor General, ordered a federal prosecutor on Tuesday to punish a capital for a 26-year-old ivy graduate who was accused of murder and pursued the death of Thompson, who was shot dead on December 4 outside the Midtown New York.

The death penalty is primarily executed by states in the US, and the federal government had a limited and unequal history of its use. Biden put the sentences of 37 federal prisoners in one of the latest actions as a result of the death penalty: Jahar Tsarnuyev, convicted as a result of the Boston Marathon attack, and Dylan Daha and Robert Bauers, who were both convicted of killing religious objects separately.
