US Secretary of State Mark Rubio said hundreds of alleged Venezuelan gang members were sent to Salvador, a day after the federal judge blocked the Trump administration from using a long -standing law to accelerate deportation.

On the Social Media Platform, X Rubio said more than 250 Tren de Aragua members were sent to Salvador, whose president Nab Bokele agreed to hold them in “very good prisons at a fair price, which will also save our taxpayers.”

President Donald Trump’s executive order appealed to the Law on Foreign Enemies in 1798 to remove allegedly members of the gang, who, he said, “illegally penetrated the US and carried out an irregular war and launched hostile actions against the United States.”

Politics relies on the powers, which was last called in the Second World War to interns with non-American citizens of Italian, German and Japanese origin of the most controversial episodes in American history.

James Basberg, the US Federal Judge in the Colombia District, blocked the deportation of persons under the executive order for 14 days.

Basberg said the law that caused Trump “did not represent the reason for the president, given that the conditions of the invasion, the predatory invasion, were really related to the hostile actions committed by any nation and communication with the war.”

In response, the US Attorney General, Bondi, said that “the judge supported Tsragua Traga’s Terrorist Terrorists”, adding that the order “ignores the well -maintained power regarding the power of the President Trump, and it threatens the public and law enforcement agencies.”

Rubio added that the United States also deported two leading leaders from the MS-13 gang “Plus 21 of its most prevalent back to withstand justice in Salvador.”

The statement of the White House said: “The Internal Security Department has successfully arrested nearly 300 Tsragua Terror Terrorists, rescuing countless American life. Thanks to the great work of the State Department, these horrific monsters were taken out and taken to Salvador, where they will no longer be able to present any threat to the American people.”

The executive order became the latest escalation in Trump’s aggressive transition to immigration. The President promised mass deportations, implementing measures, including to restrict citizenship of the right to birth and declare a national emergency at the US and Mexico border.

While the order is aimed at Tren de Aragua members, it states that “the secretary security secretary retains the right to delay and remove any alien enemy under any individual body.” This means that it can expand the application of a law, which, according to criticism, can be deported turborebite when joining the proper process.

“Calling a law on foreign enemies is a dangerous abuse of power intended for deprivation of people in their legal rights,” said Alison McManus, head of the National Security Department and the international policy of the Center for US Progress.

Last month, the government appointed Track deragua a foreign terrorist organization, after Trump sent his score of a number of groups on the first day of his second presidency, including Venezuelan gangs for national security threats.

The executive order cited the Interpol Washington, which states that “the Trink de Aragua became a significant threat to the US when it penetrates Migration from Venezuela.”

Trump’s orders said the gang “continues to break, try to break and threaten to break into the country” – a rhetoric that is often used by the president in describing immigration policy.

Legal scientists claim that the reference to illegal immigration as a “invasion” can give Trump, according to the US and the Constitution, extensive powers to deport people massively or in custody without trial.

The executive order came several hours after the US Civil Liberty Union on Saturday filed a lawsuit on behalf of five Venezuelan men for immigration care, who feared rapid removal when the law on foreign enemies was called.

This measure removes non-US citizens, “without the possibility for court,” Aklo said in court documents, adding that this charter was “a measure of wartime, which was used only three times in the history of our country: the War of 1812, the World War I and the Second World War.”

The government appealed in the District District Court of Colombia, challenging the temporary restraint of Judge Basberg.
