Since the US Supreme Court overturned the innovative “ROE V. Wade” in 2022, more and more American women were accused of illegal abortion. This prosecution is based on the legal concept known as “fetal personality”, which in some cases even the fertilizer and in some cases have the same legal rights as a person, making pregnancy loss as a crime.
