Now, after more than a month of action on the field, the top 10 list looks a lot different.

We are not discussing the 35-year-old Novak, but Sugano builds a strong argument for a place on this list. 4. Chad PatrickSP, Milwaukee Brewers
The ruling International League of the year’s governing league won the Triple Crown Triple last year, but this year that the 26-year-old debuted in the Grand League. Patrick passed in the rotation of Brewers while the injuries were devastated by the group, and he helped stabilize the unit with a 3,08 era.
